USG People announced that it acquired 100% of the shares in Control Finance B.V., effective today. Established in 1998, Control provides solutions in the field of flexible deployment of highly qualified professionals in the specialist areas of accounting, financial management and controlling. The Supervisory Board of USG People announces its intention to appoint Hubert Vanhoe as COO of the company with effect from 1 December 2011.
Hubert Vanhoe (1963) has worked for USG People since 2005, the last four years of which as Vice President of USG People in Belgium. After studying Communication Science at the University of Brussels he went on to obtain an MBA from the Open University Business School.
